What is Taste Korea
Taste Korea is an experience that is dedicated to providing people with premium and delicious Korean snacks. Every month get a chance to explore Korea through your taste buds from the comfort of your home. Each snack is carefully curated to ensure that our customers have a quality experience.
How is Taste Korea different?
Taste Korea is different because we stay true to providing delicious and quality snacks. Every snack is hand-picked and carefully thought about to ensure our customers won’t be disappointed.
Are there Vegetarian or Halal Options?
Unfortunately, as of now, Taste Korea does not have a vegetarian or Halal option. However, if you are interested in this please get in touch with us so we can curate the perfect vegetarian and halal box in the future. ♡
Do you provide allergen Information?
Yes, each box comes with a completed taste guide. Each taste guide lists the most common allergens and describes the flavors of every snack. However, if you have specific allergies that are not listed in the taste guide, please be sure to double-check.
Is it gluten-free?
Unfortunately, most of the snacks contain grains so it is not gluten-free.
What is the size of the box?
The size of each box is 32 X 26 X 11.5 cm. Or 12.5 X 10.2 X 4.5 inches.
Shipping
How much is Shipping?
The cost of shipping is $10.50. We ship all packages internationally from Korea.
Do you ship to my country?
Taste Korea currently only ships to the United States. We are working on expanding globally.
Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
Our Boxes ship directly from South Korea, therefore international shipping can be unpredictable and we can not guarantee that your box will arrive by a certain date. However, it typically takes the box around 1-3 weeks to arrive from its shipment date but it could take up to 6 weeks depending on postal service delays or local customs.
If your box has not arrived after 6 weeks from your shipment date, please reach out to us at support@tastekr.com or through our contact page.
How to change the shipping address for the subscription?
After placing an order, you should receive an email thanking you for your purchase. In this email there will be a button titled "Manage Subscription". You will be able to see all of your subscription details, change your shipping address, edit payment details, and manage your subscription.

Will customs delay my package?
We recommend that you double-check your country’s customs regulations that may affect your shipment’s arrival or cause any delays/problems.
Since this box is shipped internationally, each box must go through customs which might cause a slight delay in the arrival of your box. Once your package clears customs, it will be cleared to be delivered to you!
What happens if I’m charged custom tax, VAT, or fees?
Each country has its own regulations and laws for receiving international shipments. If custom fees or taxes happen to occur, you are 100% responsible for those fees. Taste Korea is not responsible for the fees that may occur when your package is being delivered. Additionally, we do not have any control over charged import taxes or fees that may occur.
Subscriptions
What Types of Subscriptions are available?
As of now, there are two types of subscriptions available :
- Signature Snack Box, which includes 16 authentic snacks and a taste guide
- Signature Ramen Box, which includes 11 authentic snacks and a taste guide
How long is each subscription?
We offer a monthly (One-Month Subscription) and a prepaid 3-month (Three-Month Subscription) subscription. A monthly subscription cycle lasts for one full month (from the billing date). A 3-month subscription cycle lasts for three full months (from the billing date).
When will my subscription be billed?
If you have a one-month subscription, you will be billed exactly one full month from your purchase date every month. If you have a three-month subscription you will be billed exactly three full months after your purchase date, every three months.
How can I pause/cancel my subscription?
Customers can pause or cancel their subscriptions at any time if they do not wish to be charged or receive future boxes. This can be done by logging into your Taste Korea account
If a subscription has been ordered without creating an account/as a guest, the customer can manage their subscription or cancel it by clicking the "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription" link in the confirmation email that they received after placing the order. This will take you to the subscription management portal, where the customer can view the details of their subscription, make changes, or cancel it.

What is your subscription cancellation policy?
We are so sad to see you go. All subscriptions MUST be canceled at least 3 business days, KST standard time, before your next billing (renewal) date. If you cancel your subscription any time less than 3 business days, KST standard time, before your next billing date, your subscription will NOT be canceled and you will not receive a refund. Instead, your existing subscription will be renewed and you will continue to receive your subscription box until the expiration of the next reoccurring subscription cycle, at which time your subscription will be canceled.
What is your refund policy?
Since Taste Korea is a snack box, these snacks are all perishable. Therefore, all products purchased from Taste Korea are final and non-refundable. Additionally, we do not accept returned orders/items.
If you do not wish to be charged for future boxes, we require that the subscriptions be canceled at least 3 business days, KST standard time, before your next billing (renewal) date. Subscription renewals are non-refundable.

To be eligible for reimbursement, missing or lost orders must be reported within 10 weeks from the shipment confirmation date.

Help I think my snacks are expired!
Don’t worry Taste Korea would never sell you expired snacks! Korea writes their expiration dates in the form of YEAR/MONTH/DATE. However, if you are worried that your snacks are expired, please send a clear photo of the snack with this expiration date to support@tastekr.com so that we can take a look into it.
